Corporate Social Responsibility is anchored in the strategy of Vostermans Companies. This means that CSR aspects are always included in our decision-making process. In our vision on Corporate Social Responsibility, we include our products, the production process, our employees and our environment.

Vostermans Companies drives to improve the lives of humans, animals and plants. Its goal is to improve living conditions by developing, producing and distribution of fan equipment.

We believe that in the Netherlands, the manufacturing industry has the future. Optimal usage of the technical knowledge and experience of our own staff is a prerequisite in reaching that goal. That is why we find it very important to cooperate and share knowledge with local educational institutes.

Environmental protection

Consistent with our commitment to sustainable development, we will do all that is reasonable and practicable to minimize any adverse effects of our activities on the environment.

Environmental awareness

At Vostermans we utilize used pallets instead of new ones. This resulted in a reduction of 161.4 tons of CO2. Moreover, all our facilities in the Netherlands make use of renewable energy.

Sustainable and safe products

We consciously invest in the facilities which are present at our headquarters in Venlo. This enables us to further develop the manufacturing process and guarantee the highest quality standards. We aim, at all times, to supply safe products and services. This results in reliable and sustainable products with a long lifespan. In addition, both our fans and control equipment are almost entirely recyclable.

Quality management

Quality control is one of the policy spearheads of Vostermans Companies. Precise quality checks extend throughout the entire production process. Thanks to a continuous development process and the application of innovative technologies, our products meet national and international inspection requirements from recognized institutes such as IMAG, DLG, CSA, UL, and NEMCO. It goes without saying that all our products meet the required CE standards when applicable.

Quality management is reflected in all parts of our organization. To keep our minds sharp, we have been ISO-9001 certified since 1993. This shows that our organization guarantees our products and services meet the needs, requirements, wishes, and specifications of our customers and legislation. We constantly seek quality improvements so that we are better able to meet our customers' needs.

As a family business, we cherish our employees. They are of great importance to us. We listen carefully to tips and comments from our employees.
